Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed in USD, either month to month or once per year when you choose annual billing. Annual billing lowers the per-month cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you like, and your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Initial subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Does Base come with a free trial?
Yes, if it is your first paid plan with us. You get 14 days free. We ask for a card to start, but you are not charged until the 14 days are over, and you can cancel before then. The trial is for first-time subscribers only. If you are already on Signals and move up to Base, or you have subscribed before, the new plan starts right away.
Does AI.FO change my accounting data?
No. AI.FO reads your QuickBooks Online or Xero data on a read-only basis to run its analysis. It does not write to or change anything in your accounting system.
