AI.FO TRUST
Here is how AI.FO handles your financial data and how we make sure the math is right. You don't have to take our word for the math: the nightly results are public.
When you connect QuickBooks, AI.FO can read your accounting data but can't change it. We never write to your QuickBooks. If you upload a file, that's always your choice; we don't pull anything in the background. You can remove our access at any time from your Intuit account.
Every request is tied to the account you signed in with, and our servers decide which company's data it can reach. Your browser can't ask for anyone else's. We tested this by deliberately trying to reach another company's data, and it didn't work.
If anything tries to reach data it shouldn't, we refuse it and keep a permanent record of the refusal.
Not to advertisers, not to anyone. Our privacy policy spells out who helps us run the service.
Each of our 48 financial signals is based on a published financial method, and we cite it. Automated checks stop a made-up citation from ever shipping.
A separate checker re-runs the numbers every night. If anything doesn't match, it stops rather than letting it through. The results are public at /proof, and anyone can recompute them.
Which signals show up depends on your business. A signal that doesn't fit your company stays quiet.
How long we keep data, how deletion works, and which AI providers help write your brief are all in our privacy policy. For the step-by-step version of how a number gets checked, see how verification works.
Try it on our sample company, or connect your own QuickBooks Online account.
